WHERE DOES COM FROM PERSONA?
As you may already know, at Insurance Day 2022, we officially launched Persona, our new practice management system, powered entirely by the web and inspired by you, the brokers.
Many of you have asked us, « But why Persona?«
The word persona has its origins in Latin. Meaning a theatrical mask, the term is nowadays adopted in the marketing and psychology disciplines for its multifaceted dimension. Just as an actor changes masks to play multiple roles in a play, a persona is a fictional character who represents a target group or consumer in the development of a new product or service or in a marketing activity.
Today, this term is very popular among software developers and designers to define their user or those who are destined to interact with them the most. Thus, they design software according to the workflow and the way their persona will interact. This is often a good way to build software for a specific use, but for the needs in our industry it can quickly become a limitation. Indeed, the problem since their inception, BMS were designed for their broker persona, with the same method and workflow for all. Today, with the complexity of our business realities, it is a vision that lacks dimension, options, but above all flexibility.
At Intergroupe Tech, we have the opportunity to do things differently. Thus, we develop our products with diversity as a guiding vision. Indeed, we know that one mold cannot fit all. The same goes for your management system!
Over the next few months, we will share our vision with you through several articles highlighting the capabilities and features of our new management system. This is also the best way for us to explain to you where Persona really comes from.
In the meantime, we share with you an overview of our main values that are integrated in our software and enterprise solutions; as well as how Intergroupe Tech meets the expectations of its customers.
We welcome you to the Intergroupe TECH philosophy:
Choice with simplicity
Our solution provides you with a multitude of add-ons that you can activate and deactivate as you see fit according to the needs of your company and your teams, regardless of their size. All 19 optional add-ons are included in our simple and transparent pricing. So many options may seem like a lot, but we won’t stop there. We already have several more modules in the design and creation process!
In addition to these additions, you still have access to the essential modules such as accounting, automatic system notifications, advanced commissions and Ceasar Core, the nerve center of our system so you can control your modules and add-ons.
All roads lead to Rome
In our experience, we have always had an aversion to extremely rigid systems.
You know the ones that make you spend more time loading your existing feeds and questioning the existence of your business than spending your precious hours training our employees on the software and meeting their expectations?
Nobody likes that.
That’s why we promise you here, officially and solemnly, that we will always offer you workflows that are adaptable to your needs. Of course, we will also take the time to analyze your needs and recommend optimized workflows. However, you will always be in control of your way of working, and we will always listen to you. No more existential crises, at least for flows!
A flexible home interface
When designing Persona, we emphasized flexibility where possible. One of the results we particularly appreciate is the ability to modify the central point of the BMS yourself to make it your own!
No more static screens; no more of the same irrelevant information in your main screen.
Put what you want, where you want it. Great, isn’t it? We won’t stop there! In the medium term, we will make available to our customers other widgets and customization modules to make you feel at home.
Our collaborative transition
Sometimes called integration, implementation or even installation, the transition phase is the « life stage » of the management system that will most often define its success or failure in companies. This phase is all too often underestimated and neglected.
As you can see, our unique approach encompasses much more than technical planning. We focus on 3 pillars: the analysis of needs and aspects unique to the organization; the transmission of knowledge; and finally the management of change.
It goes without saying that throughout this project, we will provide you with the tools, documents and we will accompany you in the choice of methods necessary to successfully implement Persona.
In the next article, we will discuss change management. This subject is so vast and often misunderstood that we will discuss it in several parts in a series of articles. Stay tuned for our next LinkedIn publications by subscribing!
In the meantime, you can always contact us to learn more about Persona, its functionalities and our vision of technology in the brokerage industry for the coming years.
